Kelly is a yoga teacher, writer and holistic wellness expert. She integrates various styles in to her offerings, holding space for clients to explore their inner landscape through movement, breath and intention.
Weaving in astrology and yoga philosophy she creates an experience that allows for a deeper connection to self and loves to infuse essential oils and crystals as an added layer of support.

Kelly has been teaching yoga since 2014 when she completed her 200 hour training with Three Sisters Yoga in NYC. In 2018 she made the decision to leave her 14 year corporate career in the fashion industry to pursue teaching yoga + holistic health full time. Her 500 hour training was completed soon after with Kula Collective in Guatemala. She has furthered her training with intensive studies in Yin and Restorative yoga, as well as receiving her Shamanic Reiki 1 and 2 attunements.

She is also the creator and curator of Ritual Lab, an online membership portal, where clients can access a library of practices anytime, anywhere.

This fluid, intuitive practice explores the energetic bridge between the sacral chakra – our center of feeling – and the third eye, the seat of inner knowing. Through somatic breathwork, wave-like movement, and deep hip opening postures like lizard and double pigeon we gently open and close the body’s energetic channels.

The result is a practice that helps us move from thinking into sensing—awakening the quiet intelligence that lives within.

This guided Bhutta Shuddhi meditation offers a gentle yet powerful way to cleanse the subtle body, working through the five elements and chakras to release stagnation and restore clarity.

Through heart openers and creative standing transitions that travel the mat, we explore the space of pranic pathways and pulsations. Heart and third eye themes guide the practice toward both openness and inner clarity.

A deeply grounding Capricorn-season practice focused on support, stillness, and quiet presence. Using block-supported, supine stretches, we invite the body to soften into its deeper structures – the bones, joints, and places that hold us up. The practice closes with a seated root-chakra meditation, offering a felt sense of stability, devotion, and coming home to yourself

A slow, grounding flow designed to support stability in both body and nervous system. Through intentional pacing, strong standing poses, and steady breath, we explore strength as something calm, contained, and deeply supportive.

Using gentle bandha engagement and Bridge Pose as our anchor, we practice containing, refining, and releasing energy. We strengthen the channel between emotion and expression – holding power without overflow.
